IBEX Celestial Investment Partnership

Investments are made through individually managed accounts in the name of the respective individual, joint account holders, company, or trust’s name.

All of Celestial’s trading and custody of securities is handled by Interactive Brokers, a leading global brokerage listed on the New York stock exchange under the ticker IBKR.  Interactive Brokers was selected by Celestial based on its financial strength, risk management policies, its client protection and low, transparent cost for transactions.  Details at https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/general/financial-strength.php .

All investments are held in your name, in segregated accounts, at Interactive Brokers and their appointed custodians. More information can be found here on how your investments and cash is secured: Interactive Brokers .

Once you have registered your interest, you will be sent a linked e-mail invitation to complete the online applications form which will include all the respective compliance and know-your-client procedures.  Individuals and joint account holders will need electronic copies of their identification, proof of address, and Tax identification numbers (TIN).  Company and Trusts applications require additional documentation.

All investments are in USD and if you are a South African resident that wish to utilise their foreign exchange allowances, being the annual single discretionary allowance (SDA) of up to R 1 million, or the annual foreign investment allowance (FIA) of up to R10 million, please indicate this in the message section. We work with great advisors that that can assist with the clearance application and foreign exchange conversion.
